Mission Statement

USA180 is a pro-constitution organization who’s intention is to educate grassroots American on the issues that face our country pertaining to , but not limited to our rights, freedoms, and liberties.
We feel that it is the lack of grassroots Americas vote that has allowed our country to get n the state it is. We plan through education to show them first the condition of our nation. Then encourage the return to voting, and the dropping of the notion that my vote does not count. We strongly feel that once this is accomplished, we once again may enjoy a country that we are all so familiar, and fond of.

We are the First Organization of this sort

We are the first and unique in the respect that we do not tolerate prejudice in any form or fashion. We do not even tolerate the appearance of this phenomena. Our organization is made up of all races. Black, White, Native Americans, and all other races. In order to return this nation back to its great status we all have known we must educate Grassroots, and to close the racial divide.
We feel the racial divide in this country is not what some would have us believe. Yet we realize it still requires work. That work is now tasked to the people. Through our working together side by side educating grassroots, and legally protesting actions by the government, standing strong, united, and unmovable, we will begin, and complete the closure of any remaining racial divide.

We will address any issue that threatens any of our constitutional rights given under the constitution. We will address he government, Federal, State and Local. Even private organizations if they bring a threat of diminishing our rights or violates them.

We are properly registered with the Federal Government as a 527 Non-Profit, Tax-exempt Political Activist Group. We are also properly registered, and recognized by the IRS, and FEC (Federal Elections Commission)

I have found that in the present society we live in that if we are not careful we stand to lose many rights and freedoms we enjoy under the Constitution. In my journey I have yet to find an organization that will not tolerate prejudice in any form, and that is willing to make that abundantly known.

It is my plan to educate American Citizens on issues that face us. We cannot rely on mainstream media to present to us facts, and after much research find that they tend to distort the realities of our day. We intend to focus on informing grassroots America on any, and all issues that threaten or could potentially bring harm to our freedoms. Be it another group, an elected official or the government in whole, and including the mainstream media or any other format that deceives the American public

What ever the source of the threat we intend to expose it, and educate freedom loving Americans on the issues accurately , and timely.

We further intend to be very active in our elections process, however we are , and will remain a non-partisan organization. We also will not base membership on race, religion or any other right protected under the constitution. We will function, and act on decisions made collectively as a group, and agreed upon in a democratic manner.

All petitions for membership after each State position is filled will be brought before the group of founding members which will be comprised of the first original State Representatives (Including Provinces) this figure can be adjusted up or down once each state is appropriately represented or until each position is filled which is based on size of State. Once this is accomplished the window for founding member status closes.

Once the founding members decide that there is a suitable number of positions filled to represent each State, each State representative will appoint the following positions to be filled by individuals from their respective States and be responsible to the National Board. Legal, Membership Recruiter, Public Relations,Treasurer, Assistant to the Directors Secretary. These positions may be added to if the collective State Representatives decide a State requires the addition.

These afore-mentioned positioned will be for one year (SEE MORE ON THIS).

Addressing the previous paragraph, the initial State Representatives position in each State will be filled on a first come basis. The initial State representatives will serve for one year at which time they are eligible to be voted back to serve an additional four years by their respective State membership.

After the first year , and thereafter the State Representative (s) will serve a term of four years, and the appointments to the support positions will be accomplished, and filled according to the State representatives discretion, and approved a National level.

At any time based on a democratic process by a collective decision (nationally) by State representatives individual State Decisions may be overturned, and or revised.

On any issue that is to be voted on Nationally, it will be based on the majority vote of those that voted. Notice of any vote will be appropriately given. A failure to vote will not represent a yes or a no. It will simply be on the majority voting.

After the initial four years and thereafter any member will be eligible to run for State Representative that is nominated by its State members collectively. Any nominations can only include members in good standing.

National Public Relations

The Initial Position of National Director will be filled by my self ( Dr.Mark S Taylor). The initial National positions will be appointed and filled by the initial National Director ( Dr.Mark Taylor) for one year. Once the one year has expired the positions will be filled for 4 years by a collective re-appointment or new appointment by the The National Director, and approved by the State representatives. The National Director has the opportunity to nominate the person, and the State representatives have to approve of the nominations in a democratic fashion. Failure to approve will result in another nomination by the Director until approved.

The Initial Director after the first four years may be democratically elected to serve any additional terms, and is totally dependent of the collective democratic decision of the State Representatives.

In the event that the Initial Director is not chosen to serve additional time that Director is available to serve any other positions. However, the Director must sit out four years before coming eligible for Director again.

The Initial Direct after leaving office will gain the title of Director Emeritus, and have powers that will be decided upon by the initial State representatives. This Initial Director will under all circumstances retain this title along with its powers, and privileges until his demise, at which time the State representative will collectively, and democratically decide further assignment, and powers of a position of Director Emeritus. It may deem it void or continue the position.

If a State Representatives position becomes vacant then the National board will appoint a temporary State Representative to serve out the duration of the term at which time the State votes as normal. This person is eligible for a full term if voted in regardless of time already served.

A national position will also be filled for the remainder of the term, and appointed by the Director, and approved by the State representatives. This person may also be eligible for another full term if voted in.

In the event that the National Director position becomes available due to resignation or demise then the Deputy Director will fill the position for the remainder of the term, and also be eligible for a full term if voted back in. The new Director then appoints a Deputy to replace his/her position, and must have the State representatives approval. This holds true with any National positions. In the event of the Director resigning he at this time has the choice to have the President Emeritus position. If

It may come a time that these positions will be paid positions, and this decision will be voted on by the total collective membership or as stated below. The Director Emeritus will upon his designation as such retain any, and all privileges given him as Director for the duration as Director Emeritus. Voting power however, will be determined by the State Representatives. The Director Emeritus has the choice in the event of any acting Director or Deputy position becoming vacant to fill either at his discretion for the balance of the term thereby circumventing the appointment by the State representatives. If the Director Emeritus declines then the State representatives will appoint.

Any rules, and decisions herein may be revised once five States have been filled with its first Representatives with the exception of the Rules pertaining to the Initial Director, and position of Director Emeritus. Given the seriousness of this organization ,and the amount of dedication to time that is involved by its leadership the initial Director will have the choice of making the National, and or State positions, paid positions at his discretion or any part thereof, but under the ability of the organization to afford it without harming the groups intent, and purpose.

In addition any actions performed by this group must be voted on by the State representatives, approve by the National Director, and must be deemed legal under the Constitution.

The National Director Must approve all , and any voted issues by the State representatives. In the event of temporary extended absence the Deputy will fill the Director Position with the authority that the current Director Deems suitable.

It will be expected of the initial members to recruit heavily for this organization. Any materials used must be approved by The National Director.

At the present time we have decided that there will be no membership fee. Once we have sufficient representation from each State we may decide that there will be the need of a small membership fee. I do not think this will be needed, because those that join are patriots, and will donate funds when needed. People who cherish our way of life are always willing to donate small, and large amounts to further a cause that preserves our WAY OF LIFE

Once we gain members/State representatives from 5 States we will start the functions of the group. In the interim we will be sending news letters, and organizing all aspects with new members. Along with this we will be doing video broadcasts, and voice broadcasts. I highly encourage new members to participate in the broadcasts, which can be accomplished via pre-record over the phone or by submitting articles to go in the news letter that will initially be sent out only via email.

We will only be as effective as our membership base. We plan to be extremely visible, and my feeling is that we will have an overwhelming influx of members. I am available by email to answer any questions. If you wish to speak with me personally you can request my telephone number via email.

Be assured that our privacy policy pertaining to members is to keep their information strictly private , and would never under any circumstances be given out , not even to law enforcement unless we have exhausted all of our legal rights to refrain from doing so. So in a nutshell it will be difficult for even the Law Enforcement to gain access, and virtually impossible for anyone else without your prior written approval, and then only for the use within the organization.
