It is time to move further now that is has been made perfectly clear the purpose and intent of USA180
Before reading further do not make the critical mistake of thinking we cannot make a difference. We stand a huge chance of making history. Never before has this Nation seen a group of this nature. watch the video provided with this lay out.
Our goal is to have members, and leaders in each State. Each State will recruitwithin their State primarily. The will raise funds from their State. We are looking into several avenues for grants, and we will solicit corporate America as all donations are tax deductible under the 527 non-profit political organization laws. We will pursue every avenue available to avoid any form of dues from our members. If the time arises that we do need funds we will publicize it to all the members, and leave it to them as to how much they can contribute, and it will be voluntary from the members, and not a prerequisite of membership. That is my thoughts. Once we have 5 states covered as far as the state directors we will meet via voice conference, and discuss the bylaws, need of membership fees, and any other issues of importance.
Any rules or bylaws or conditions I have setup or written are subject to change, modification, and deletion once we have our first conference call. I had to layout certain things as a starting point. It will be a democratic process as to how these remain. The entire organization will be run in a democratic manner.
Each State Repor State Director, I prefer State Director, but State Rep maybe used interchangeably. Will appoint their own Deputy State Director, Treasurer, Pr Director, and Recruitment Director. Depending on the size of the State it may be that there be more positions added. We will begin in this fashion, and amend it as the need dictates.
The Organization will look as follows

Deputy National Director
National PR Director National Recruitment Dir. National Admin National Treasurer
State Director
Deputy State Director
PR Director Recruitment Director Admin Director Treasurer
All of the State Directors Or State Rep position will be filled by me initally, after a simple conversation
All other State positions will then be filled by the State Director at his/her discretion
Once We have Five States online then from the membership I will propose to the State Directors my selection for all the national positions, and may be chosen from the existing State position, but will be approved by a consensus of all the State Directors
These positions will be considered on a first come first serve basis. If you want to hold a National position which will require a little more time , and devotion just indicate that when you sign up. You may also indicate that you just want to be a member period, and hold no office. I will only selct State Directors as they indicate they want to be considered for their State. I feel it only logical that I then allow them to select their own positions.
Being that we are going to function in a democratic manner it is exspected from the State leaders as well as the national leaders, including myself that we always act in accordance with the majority consensus. The only exception to this is if an issue is deemed a majority consensus a State Director or National Director may call for a vote. The majority may only be overuled if there is a two thirds vote in favor by a vote taken that will consist of all State Directors and State Deputy Directors, And the National Director, and deputy. If a two thirds vote in favor of overuling the majority is not obtained the mjority rules end of story. In A vote like this adequate notice will be given and the two third will be derived from the total of voters that participate. Regardless of the turnout of State Directors.
In our first conference call we will discuss this and it can be modified. We will also discuss what items need to be voted on just by the official leaders, and what items need to be made available to all members for voting. As you can tell we have a lot to sort out, and we need to get the move on.

We will provide you with everything you need to be effective in educating grassroots america, and to compile news from your state, and send it to us for major distribution, and also for you to distribute
All you really need is a pc, microphone, speakers
Aslo a webcam or other type camera if you want to do video braodcasts
If you prefer to send all videos from your State member to us that is fine.
we know some people are camera shy.
In addition to all of this being free. I personally will walk you through any phase of it, and always be there for support. Trust me if mister tear the pc up man here can do this stuff, it will be a breeze for most of you. I would expect many of you are far more edicated in these areas than I.
