I am a 9 year United Stated Air Force Desert Storm Veteran. I also served 5 years of in-active reserve for The United States Air Force. I have a Doctoral Degree. To touch a life in a way that enhances them or enables them to lead a better or different life is certainly worthy of fame. To be in a position to change things in a larger scope is most certainly worthy of fame. Do you have to be a powerful politician? Do you have to be a popular celebrity? Both aforementioned have failed us, and the funny thing about it is we the masses put them where they are. With out us they would be like you and I. It is time to change it. We are all famous, and is only dependant on your definition. It only takes one a few minutes to see that lifting ones self to a status of importance in the wrong manner can have devastating effects. What one contributes to his fellow or country in my opinion is the only means to gain the required actions to be considered famous. More importantly is to understand that these actions may not ever be noticed. Then you are truly famous. Profound is it not.
