It is still a mystery what happen to Jason Roark. He was living temporarily in a Hotel in Gwinnett County as a restaurant he would be managing was completed. Jason had made plans to reside in the area and was waiting for the accommodations to be ready. He simply vanished into thin air. It is widely believed that this was a bungled investigation. We actually did a live interview with Jason mother in which she stated that the Gwinnett County authorities were completely uncooperative through out the still on-going investigation. If in fact one is going on. The mother claimed as well that she is still required to pay the cell phone bill of her missing son. Mrs Roark also indicated that they were denied access to the cell phone records, and that they have been sealed by a Federal Judge. All this accomplished without so much as giving the parents any information as to the reason. It is also believed that a friend that was last known to see Jason Roark was with-holding information in fear of his life. This is how it was recorded on our interview with Jason’s Mother. We find all of this very bizarre.
Jason Roark Disappeared on November the 9th of 2006.
Also from this exact same area of Gwinnett County Georgia on November the 11th of 2007 Justin Gianes dissapeared after last being seen At Wild Bills night club. To this very day there has been no leads or information in regards to this young mans where abouts.
4 hours North of Gwinnett County another young man in very similar circumstances disappeared. Kyle Fleischmann was last seen in Charlotte North Carolina after being at the Buckhead Saloon. We interviewed one of his best friends not long after the disappearance. This young man as with the other two mentioned has the same story. No leads or informati0n.
It is overwhelming to thing that three young men can just disappear into thin air. There have been many rumors afloat with each case. Could these all have been related. was there drugs involved, not use, but could they have seen or known something that jeapordized their safety, and led to their disappearance?
Whatever the situation this is not an isolated situation. It is fact that studies concluded that in 1980 on average there were 150000 people that went missing in the United States. Studies accomplished in 2007 prove that this problem is totally out of control. In 2007 that number had risen from 150000 to an alarming 859000 plus. This is a staggering number.
We rarely hear of these incidents, and most never even make the local papers. We only hear of the ones that are fortunate enough to be chosen by the media.
Parents of the missing people indicate that in most cases there is little support from local authorities. This is certainly a tragedy in itself.
We hear all the presidential candidates for the 2008 election all rendering the same old political rhetoric. Perhaps the presidential hopeful Ron Paul will take on this alarming , and out of control issue. He appears to be the only candidate that has the courage to suggest America needs to revert back to the constitution, and to return to a monetary system that makes sense.
You would be shocked at the number of Americans that do not even k now that the Federal Reserve is not a government agency that in fact it is a private corporation with stocks, and shares that a small number of wealthy families own. Oh, you didn’t know this either?
Okay, I have given you enough to whet your appetites, and to hopefully challenge you to look into the items on this report that you can determine needs looking into. As always you may post comments or you may email me at atl.live@gmail.com
As a footnote I cannot help but include that never in reporting have we run into so many issues as we did when reporting on this case. We spent most of the month of November totally dedicated to keeping these young men’s names in the media. You would not believe some of the allegations aimed at us. Allegations ranged from with-holding money collected from donors to trying to use these cases to boost our reader/listener base. Of course this is absolutely absurd, and we soon pulled off the subjects with reluctance.
We know mainstream will not carry these stories long, because once the sensationalism wears off they leave, as do most of the volunteers, leaving the family alone, and let down. We at Atlanta Live tried our best to provide all the assistance we could. We made available free hot-lines. We promised to keep their names in all our broadcasts which has exposure to hundreds of millions due to the Internet. In Fact we did receive at our office tips from two individuals that were promptly forwarded to the appropriate families. I assume these leads led know where. It is truly a shame that now as time has past, and mainstream media has abandon them to move on to the next selection from the estimated 859000 that will go missing in the coming year. We will continue to pray for these families, and send a clear message that our services are still available. However in light of our last experience we will have to receive a request to once again entangle ourselves in these strange disappearances.
to read of these in more detail I have given a few links.
The Live Interview was performed in November and provided here as a reminder. This is a most intersting Interview and we caught much flack for it, and we were actually banned from a local website that was prodominatley law enforcement. We only assume , because the interview shed bad light on law enforcement. You be the judge.

Interesting I got to this link because of Westside Bank. My son had an account there when he disappeared in 1998 from Cobb County, to Coweta and then to Alabama…. Think there’s any connection?

I am certainly sorry to hear that you have a son that went missing. It is so hard to tell if any of these are connected or not. It certainly woke me up to some facts. In 1980 according to NCIC the average yearly of people missing, and thats the ones never found , just poof, vanished was 159000. In 2007 that figure annually is now an alarming 859000. Now where are these people going. How can they just vanish without a trace almost 1 million. It is absolutely incredible. Please up date me on your sons status, and know your in my prayers.
