In the event the repairs are not accomplished we do not charge a penny to be there during the inspection if need be nor do we charge to do the estimate to do the repairs. It is all free if they decide to use the estimate to negotiate an allowance or reduction of the
sales price. If the repairs are to be accomplished we will do them as fast as you give the word.
We handle any, and every maintenance or repair issue including , but not limited to painting, electrical, plumbing, flooring all types including hardwoods, roofing, pools ,spa’s. Everything from roof to foundation including landscape issues. We cover all handyman type repairs. Nothing is to small as long as you make your sale.
